Volunteer information:

We are super excited for our Trunk or Treat this year!

Trunk set-up starts at 3:15 pm and the event kicks off at 4 pm. We have supplemental candy for your trunks, but bring whatever candy you can.  If you are planning on parking your trunk next to a friend, just let us know on arrival and we will leave a space open for them. Trunks will be set-up on the eastside (parallel to greenlinks ave.) of the parking lot. I (Taylor, bright-yellow minion onesie) will be there to help you every step of the way.

Bucket Colors

Teal buckets usually represent food allergies. We will provide you with a few non-food items to hand out to any kid with a teal bucket, or a parent will let you know what they can/cannot have.

Dark blue buckets represent individuals with autism. Just be patient and caring! I know all of you will do great.

Now the less fun but just as important info:

  • If you are feeling sick or under the weather please stay home. We will miss you, but we look forward to seeing your awesome trunk at next year's Trunk or Treat.
  • Masks are not required but are encouraged and will be made available to anyone who wants one.
  • A small bottle of hand sanitizer is available if you need it.
  • We are also asking that all trunk volunteers place candy directly into the kids' bags/buckets instead of letting kids reach in for themselves.

This event is about being a fun and welcoming place for our neighbors to get to know us and this year there are a few more steps to creating a comfortable and safe environment. Thanks for making this happen! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

PS: There are prizes for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place trunks, so bring your A-game!
