Make sure to download the Parent Info Packet for all the details! Register with the steps below.

1. Fill out Google Form.

2. Fill out Canyon Springs Med-Release Form.

3. Fill out CIY Med-Release Form.

4. Pay online here! (minimum of a $50 deposit required in order to save your spot!)
